STEP 1: REVIEW GUIDELINES
Review Dupar Foundation applicant guidelines below.
STEP 2: LETTER OF INTENT
If your organization meets our criteria, fill out and submit a Letter of Intent.
STEP 3: GRANT APPLICATION
If selected, your organization will be invited to apply by email.
The Dupar Foundation is a family foundation. It is restricted to making grants and contributions to qualified organizations and institutions within the State of Washington. The average grant size is $2,500 to $5,000 within the State of Washington, preferably within the Puget Sound, King County area.
LETTER OF INTENT

PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING: The Letter of Intent must be completed on the same device and browser to ensure that your work is saved. It is also important that you don’t clear your browser history/cookies until the Letter of Intent has been submitted.

While the Letter of Intent can be completed and submitted using a mobile device (phone/tablet), the process will be easier to complete on a PC.

PLEASE NOTE: Every section of the Letter of Intent must be filled out before the Letter of Intent can be submitted.

A click/tap of the FINISH button will create the Letter of Intent that you will need to email to the Dupar Foundation (instructions below).

If your Letter of Intent meets our criteria, your organization will be contacted by email and invited to submit a Grant Application.

PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORGANIZATION

















Include mission statement and purpose, history of accomplishments, governance, area and population served, and qualifications for embarking on proposed project. (If this is a collaboration describe the lead agency and its relation to other organizations involved.)

Identify the problem or problems the project will address and the people who will benefit. Acknowledge similar projects or programs (if any) and explain how the proposed project differs; or how this project enhances existing projects.

Determine what will be accomplished, anticipated outcomes, as well as the anticipated impact on participants, and how your results will be measured.

IMPORTANT - Please follow these steps to complete your application:

Every section must be completed/filled out before the Letter of Intent can be submitted. Failure to stay within character limits may remove your organization from grant consideration.

Click/tap the SAVE button at bottom of the Letter of Intent to save your work-in-progress.

Click/tap of the FINISH button will automatically create a text document of the Letter of Intent on your device named ”DuparFoundation-LOI.txt”. You will find that document in the downloads destination on your device (Downloads folder, Desktop, etc.).

Please email that Letter of Intent text file to: info@duparfoundation.org.

In the subject line of the email enter: (Your Organization Name) + (Letter of Intent)

  • Production of books, films or videos
  • Conferences, seminars or attendance at same
  • Group raising money for school-related tours
  • Environmental issues
  • PTS/PTSA
